Silabusisn't the world a great game? :) The interim guild master of Canard between Kuhn and Haseo, Silabus is the perpetual guy next door. Friendly, kind, and a bit of a dork, it's impossible for most to dislike Silabus. Of course, that doesn't stop a few from trying, including the abrasive Haseo. Upon meeting Silabus and Gaspard, Haseo quickly decides to use them to gain strength, then leave them behind at the first possible opportunity. Of course, things never work out quite how Haseo would like them to, and before long he and Silabus are genuinely friends.A little more mature than Gaspard, Silabus has a slightly more equal friendship with Haseo. He fights by his side in the first Arena Tournament, shares his more rational approach to the game, and isn't afraid to scold Haseo if need be. Less a brother and more of a very good friend, Silabus seems to be the first genuine "guy buddy" Haseo makes after his de-leveling. While Silabus remains largely unaware of the crisis that surrounds The World, he's still perceptive enough to suspect something isn't right. Of course, that doesn't stop him from making the most of his time in the game, making a point to help others, particularly "n00bs" who need some help getting started. He and Gaspard are often mentioned on the forums as examples of true kindness in the game. It is this kindness and resolve to always be there that endear him to Haseo, who finds that he can depend on Silabus through thick and thin. It's important to remember that Silabus is one of the two friends who help Haseo unlock his third form in the second Job Extension event. Silabus is also something of a trickster when it comes to Haseo. Who can forget when he not only tricked Haseo into watching the shop, but also made him guildmaster without a second's hesitation? Then there was the time Silabus tried to speak for Haseo on the forums... No matter what, Silabus can always keep Haseo on his toes. In his Affection Ending, Haseo goes to meet Silabus in Mac Anu: Haseo: Silabus. In the beginning, you were really a pain.The two are then shown helping some n00bs out around town, with Haseo fondly watching the eager Silabus do what he does best. |
